An ADP Client, Nutraceuticals Group USA is actively seeking a Quality Assurance Document Specialist to join their team in Little Falls, NJ.

About the Role :

Nutraceuticals Group is looking for a motivated and driven Quality Assurance Document Specialist to join their team. This individual will primarily be responsible for quality inspection, document control, sampling, and auditing. The candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a diverse set of responsibilities. This individual will be reporting to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare timely, accurate, and efficient preparation/transcription of documents.
• Store, manage and organize documents.
• Fill out questionnaires from customers
• Request vendor questionnaires
• Manage lab results
• Audit documentation
• RMA & CAPA (Return Material Authorization & Corrective Action Plan)
• Interact w/receiving, purchasing and warehouse staff
• Maintain Certifications

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum Education of completed HS Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with general office technology such as Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1 year experience in a quality role in a similar environment preferred
• Strong customer services skills and proper phone etiquette
• Team player but can also work autonomously.
