Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across existing and new markets.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing sales team, setting clear targets and fostering a results‑driven culture.
- Identify and pursue high‑value prospects, building strong relationships with C‑level decision makers in recruitment agencies worldwide.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go‑to‑market initiatives and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine positioning and pricing models.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Represent Recruit CRM at industry conferences, webinars, and partner events to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure post‑sale satisfaction to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi‑million‑dollar sales targets in SaaS or technology‑focused environments.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and ROI analysis (accounting knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively across global time zones.
Desired Experience
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within recruitment technology, HR tech, or related SaaS domains.
- Experience managing remote or distributed sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales pipelines from early‑stage to enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, and data‑driven sales methodologies.
- Experience working with international clients and navigating cross‑cultural business environments.
