Position Summary
- Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care

- Practicing at a comfortable pace while learning to work efficiently and effectively with a flexible schedule that allows 8‑hr. and 10‑hr. shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cycles

- The ability to be trained on laser dental / soft tissue surgery, practice management, implants, Invisalign, and more

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with clinical staff to provide quality patient care
- Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed
- Stay abreast with latest developments and techniques in the dental field
- Exude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other dentists, office managers, and other staff members
- Perform miscellaneous‑related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD license
- Active CPR certification required
