Genesys Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Genesys Developer for a Contract with a client in Newark, NJ. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Genesys-based contact center solutions to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Genesys Developer job responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and configure Genesys-based contact center solutions to meet business requirements and enhance customer experience.

• Integrate Genesys applications with enterprise systems, ensuring seamless communication and functionality.

• Customize and maintain Genesys components such as routing strategies, IVR flows, and call handling logic.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys platform performance and functionality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure solutions.

• Implement best practices for system optimization and upgrades, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Genesys development and contact center solutions.

• Strong expertise in Genesys platform configuration, routing strategies, and IVR development.

• Proven experience integrating Genesys applications with enterprise systems and troubleshooting complex issues.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
