- Handle insurance defense of architects and engineers on high exposure property damage cases.
- Manage construction and real estate litigation.
- Argue motions in state and federal courts.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs.
- Bar Admissions: New Jersey (required) and Pennsylvania (strongly desired) or New York (added bonus).
- 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
