We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

We have around 10,000 salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze chargebacks, shortages, sales data, and trade promotions to uncover trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and boost profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Partner with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure compliance with East Coast Grocery standards and customer requirements.
• Support the development and rollout of new processes and procedures to improve team effectiveness.
• Proactively identify and escalate issues that may impact business performance to relevant stakeholders.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or sales analysis, ideally within retail or CPG.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel Skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs to analyze data… Power Bi a Plus.
• Familiarity with Nielsen, Circana/IRI, or similar data tools.
• Clear and effective communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and own projects from start to finish.

US salary ranges

USD $80,000.00 - $120,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
