**Key Qualifications:** - Over 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service- Must hold an EPA Universal Certification
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean record
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and effective communication
- Proficient in interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- NATE certification, EMS/controls experience, and OSHA training are advantageous
