Store Manager
Job Title: Kitchen Manager / Store Manager

Location: Paramus, NJ
Capon’s Burgers is hiring a hands-on operator to run the entire shop — not just the kitchen.
This role owns day-to-day operations across BOH and FOH, drives team performance, and is fully accountable for labor, food cost, and overall store execution. We’re looking for someone who moves with urgency, leads from the floor, and understands high-volume quick service.
What You’ll Do:Manage full store operations (BOH + FOH)
Lead, train, and schedule the team
Drive speed, accuracy, and guest experience
Own labor, food cost, and inventory
Maintain food safety and brand standards
Jump on the line and lead from the front when needed
2–3+ years management experience in quick service or fast casual
Experience running a high-volume burger, chicken, or similar concept
Strong leadership and financial awareness
Highly organized, systems-driven, and hands-on
ServSafe manager level certification required
Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 (based on experience) + bonus potential
