Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Location: Atlantic & Cape May Counties
Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts

Full-Time (Monday - Friday):

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Part-Time / Per Diem:
Monday - Friday:

• 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturday - Sunday:

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Your Responsibilities

As a CHHA at Grace Healthcare Services, you'll help patients feel seen, cared for, and respected every day by:

• Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility

• Preparing simple, nourishing meals in accordance with care plans

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

• Documenting care accurately using CellTrak

• Communicating changes in condition to RN Case Managers

What We're Looking For

• Valid NJ CHHA certification in good standing

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within Atlantic and Cape May Counties
