Viva La Dough is a French inspired pastry and breakfast specialty cafe with emphasis on quality experience. We are currently hiring for part-time baristas that work the entire front of house functions.20-30 hours a week. Employees enjoy complimentary meals, drinks, gelato and pastries. Competitive pay and Saturdays off.
Responsibilities:
- -Craft espresso based drinks- lattes, cappuccinos, americanos
- -Craft matcha, smoothies, milkshakes, tea, cold brew
- -Receive orders while ensuring accuracy
- -Serve food to dine-in customers
- -Handle POS system and cash register
- -Package to-go orders while ensuring accuracy
- -Buss and reset dining tables
- -Open, maintain, and close the cafe according to standard operating procedures
- -Maintain cafe cleanliness
- -Follow the cafe's Kosher certification- KCL/OU guidelines

Requirements:
- -High School Diploma or equivalent
- -Previous hospitality experience required
- -Flexibility to work opening and/or closing shifts
- -Friday evening and Sunday morning availability
- -Reliable and consistent work style
- -Growth interest in becoming a Lead/Supervisor/Assistant Manager a plus
- -Early morning availability a plus
