Branch Manager (Recruiting)

Job description:

Branch Manager needed for our Lakewood office. You will be instrumental in overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring that we connect the right talent with our clients’ needs. This role is vital to our commitment to deliver exceptional staffing solutions while fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manager candidate applications efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a good fit for client roles.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt recruiting strategies accordingly.
• Provide training and support to recruiters.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency, written / spoken in English and Spanish, is mandatory.
• Proven experience in human resources or staffing management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruiting processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
• Demonstrated ability in relationship management to foster long-term partnerships.
• Experience with Avionte software is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Compensation:

• Salary plus bonuses and commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
