• Experienced in leading people on a production floor?
• Comfortable coordinating work across stamping presses, roll formers, laser cutters, and other fabrication equipment?
• Driven to hit schedule, quality, and cost targets—while keeping everyone safe?
• Able to speak English and Spanish?

What you’ll lead

• Daily work assignment and prioritization based on production plans and capacity.
• Floor oversight to maintain throughput, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Routine equipment checks and coordination with maintenance/engineering to fix issues fast.
• Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols.
• Accurate tracking of output, downtime, and material consumption.
• Training for new hires and refresher training for current team members on safety, methods, and equipment.
• Schedule adherence and frequent progress updates to leadership.
• Cross-functional coordination with quality control and logistics to keep product moving.
• Other duties that improve production performance and reliability.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory management.
• Experience using production scheduling software or ERP platforms.
• Strong leadership presence with excellent team management skills.
• Quick, pragmatic problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• High attention to detail and an unwavering quality mindset.
• Able to speak English and Spanish.

Where you’ll work

Manufacturing environment with limited outdoor exposure. You’ll work around stamping presses, roll formers, laser cutting systems, and standard sheet metal fabrication equipment.

Physical requirements

Lift up to 50 pounds; repetitive hand use with simple grasping and pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, lifting, bending, twisting, walking, sitting, squatting, reaching above shoulders, and climbing.

Machine operators, assemblers, and additional production team members.
