Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and analytical Product and Data Analytics Manager to join our team. This key leadership role will drive innovation and data-informed decision-making across CFMA’s product and service offerings. You will lead the development and enhancement of data-centric tools and resources, ensuring they align with the evolving needs of our members and our association’s long-term goals.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Data Analytics & Insights
• Analyze member feedback and usage data to drive improvement across CFMA offerings.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making and self-service analytics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Product Management
• Manage the full lifecycle of digital products and services.
• Conduct market research, surveys, and member segmentation to identify new opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, MarComms, and other departments.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and manage budgets.

Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
• Support and lead product-focused committees in executing their charters.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment between volunteer committees and CFMA leadership.
• Serve as a primary liaison for member and stakeholder product-related inquiries.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or analytics (association/nonprofit experience a plus).
• Strong skills in data analysis, KPI development, and dashboard reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Experience with tools like Tableau, SQL, Excel, and CRM/reporting platforms.

Pay Range: Starting from USD $90,000.00/Yr.
