Job Title: Paint Sprayer – Production Line
Rutherford, NJ | Up to $25 per hour | Full-Time, Mon–Fri 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Summary
Join a fast-paced production team that manufactures high-end architectural aluminum window systems! We are looking for a skilled Paint Sprayer to provide the crucial finishing touches on our products. You'll work in a modern spray booth, perfecting the areas that automated systems can't reach and ensuring a flawless finish on every frame.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Manually apply paint with a spray gun to touch up aluminum window frames on a moving production line.
Focus on corners and other hard-to-reach surfaces to ensure complete and even coverage .
Perform quality checks to guarantee every product meets our high standards.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
Previous experience in a similar role, such as industrial spray painting, powder coating, or automotive finishing , is highly preferred.
Familiarity with spray booths and HVLP spray guns is a plus.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Schedule & Perks
Enjoy a consistent, full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
No weekends required!
