Responsibilities

• Assist senior agents in managing client relationships and property transactions
• Conduct market research to identify potential listings and buyer opportunities
• Support the preparation and presentation of real estate contracts and documents
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transaction progress
• Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain licensure promptly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Basic understanding of real estate principles and market trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technology platforms
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
