PMO & Strategy Intern - Summer 2026

What you’ll do

As a Project Management Office and Strategy intern, you will:

• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in driving strategic initiatives across Adhesives Operations.
  
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects aligned with your career interests and development goals.
  
• Assist in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, ask critical questions, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate project progress and outcome.

• An undergraduate student graduating in 2027, 2028 or 2029 pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  
• Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Additional information

• This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
  
• Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
  
• Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
