Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive / In-Home Designer & Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients in their homes, assessing their needs, presenting our product solutions, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for setting prices for the work to be completed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong sales acumen, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Meet with potential clients in their homes to discuss their remodeling needs.
Inspect and measure project areas to prepare accurate estimates.
Present product information, design ideas, and project proposals.
Set the prices for all work to be completed.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales goals.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
Handle any issues or complaints in a way that creates a happy customer.
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and product knowledge.
Schedule the production of landed work.
Attend the job start of all work.
Follow-up with the customer during and after the work.

Qualifications :
Sales experience is preferred, ideally in residential exterior construction or remodeling.
Excellent management and negotiating skills.
An eye for detail and quality.
Commitment to punctuality.
Promptly returns all phone calls.
General knowledge of construction is a plus.
Ability to measure accurately and calculate project costs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a clean background check.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.

Compensation :
This position offers a competitive compensation structure that rewards performance.
Option 1: 100% Commission Based: Earning potential of $100,000 to $200,000+ per year based on sales performance.
Option 2: Base Salary + Commission: We are open to discussing a base salary in exchange for a commission structure, dependent on experience and qualifications.
