COMPENSATION:

· Starting pay for this position is $70,000 - $80,000per year. The full pay range for this role is $55,000 to $80,000.

· Benefits (including medical vision, dental, 401K up to 3% match after 12 months and 21 years of age)

· Bonus potential of $10,000 when target hits 90% or more. The bonus will be Pro-rated in the first year.

· 2-weeks paid vacation at 1 year point

SUMMARY

iM3 Advanced Imaging Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting the sales team. This multifaceted role combines administrative support for our sales team with technical proficiency in CAD and modern AI tools to assist with blueprint-related tasks. The ideal candidate will also provide back-up support for inside sales and handle phone inquiries, ensuring seamless operations across department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Utilize basic CAD skills to create, interpret and modify blueprints; possibility of also employing AI tools to enhance design accuracy and efficiency

· Assist in product demonstrations of imaging equipment by coordinating logistics, preparing equipment, and ensuring the demonstration environment is ready.

· Provide technical product information to veterinary clinic staff — learn the basics of the imaging systems to answer questions and route deeper questions to the Development

· Maintain sales documentation and CRM entries: track leads, follow-up tasks, demo schedules, quotes, customer communications.

· Manage marketing and sales collateral: ensure current product literature, spec sheets, pricing are up to date; coordinate email blasts or mailings as needed.

· Support contract processing, purchase orders, and logistics: liaise with operations or service teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation scheduling, training arrangements.

· Assist with training sessions for clients: coordinate and manage client training (either in-person or virtual) on the imaging equipment and its features.

· Maintain product demo inventory and equipment sample pool: track demo units, inventory, scheduling, shipping/returns.

· Monitor competitive products, market trends, and customer feedback; provide insights to sales management regarding potential opportunities or product enhancements.

· Occasional travel to client sites, trade shows, or vendor partner sites as required.

· Provide excellent customer service and act as a brand ambassador representing the company in a professional, proactive manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

· Minimum 2 years of sales support or inside-sales experience, preferably in medical devices, veterinary equipment, imaging equipment, or a technical B2B environment.

· Strong interest in veterinary medicine / animal health industry is a plus.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Comfort working with technical product details and working in a consultative-sales environment. The ability to learn imaging-equipment specifications, features, benefits, ROI/business case, and explain them to clients.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.

· Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, able to work both independently and as part of a small team.

· Ability to travel regionally and reliably commute to the Flemington, NJ area and surrounding territories.

· High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, marketing or related field preferred.

Preferred

· Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

· Candidates with hands-on experience in technical sales, CAD support, or product support may be considered without a formal degree.

· Knowledge of veterinary/dental equipment (iM3 product line) or similar technical product lines preferred.

· Sales training, CAD/Drafting training or certifications may be advantageous.
