• Billable hours minimum expectation of 1,800, hybrid/flexible WFH schedule.

Salary :

• $145k - $165k+ commesurate with experience and annual billables bonus of up to $50k in bonuses + fully comprehensive benefits, healthcare coverage, PTO.

T he firm has open positions for the following opportunity at their offices based in either San Francsico, CA. The practice centers on insurance, reinsurance, and various other matters spanning across transactional & regulatory compliance servicing sophisticated and bespoke institutional clients.

About the Role:

• Handle complex insurance coverage litigation, including commercial first‑party insurance, reinsurance, third‑party liability, professional liability, and bad faith coverage disputes.
• Take ownership of motion practice, coverage opinions, discovery, and client communications as part of a collaborative team in a nationally prominent practice.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to practice law in the state of California
• At least 3 years of experience in the private practice of law.
• Complex Insurance Defense caseload experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Admission to multiple U.S. jursidictions (i.e. CA & WA) .
• Litigation experience handling insurance coverage matters, with substantial experience in all phases of litigation from pre-litigation management through motion practice and settlement or trial phase.
• Superb legal writing skill and forensic legal analysis and research proficieny.
