Finance Manager
Title: F&I Manager position with great income potential in a large growing Toyota dealer in Central Jersey.

Duties include:
- Working with sales management and staff to maximize dealer profits
- Calling in and re hashing deals with banks to maximize approvals
- Maintaining integrity and fairness with our customers
- Cultivating relationships with banks
- Organizing deals and working together with office staff to ensure smooth deal transitions
- Miscellaneous administrative duties
- 3 yrs F&I experience a must
- Health, Dental & Vision Insurance available to full-time employees the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
- Employer sponsored Life Insurance policy available to full-time employees the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
- 401K with 2% employer match available after 90 days of employment.
- Sick/PTO time, Holiday pay for full-time employees after 90 days, Vacation pay for full-time employees on each anniversary, 1 week on first Anniversary, 2 weeks on second anniversary and every additional anniversary.
