We're looking for a Sous Chef who can thrive in a refined, high-volume environment without compromising quality. Someone who can move with urgency, communicate clearly, lead by example, and stay composed when the tickets don't stop.

What We're Looking For

• Fine dining experience required

• Experience in high-volume kitchens with consistently high standards

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others

• Calm under pressure with excellent organizational skills

• Passion for seasonality, technique, and continual learning

• Strong communication and a "we before me" mentality

• Ability to jump wherever the team needs you

• ServSafe certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
• Execute service with precision and consistency
• Train, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team
• Maintain food quality, sanitation, and safety standards
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and food cost management
• Help build systems that support excellence every day
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and respect
