Job Description
- Manage and oversee the financial reporting process for private real estate investments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement efficient financial processes.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate projects.
- Review and approve financial statements and investor reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audit processes.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and controls.
