Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled, compassionate care to a pediatric client in Boonton, NJ . This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN with strong pediatric home-care experience who is passionate about caring for medically complex children in the comfort of their own home.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, hands-on nursing care to a pediatric client with Cerebral Palsy

• Manage and administer oxygen therapy safely and effectively

• Provide expert care using G-tubes and GJ-tubes

• Perform and manage cough assist therapy

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments

• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in condition

• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to support ongoing care planning

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Required Experience

Candidates must have experience with:
✔️ Cerebral Palsy
✔️ Oxygen use and monitoring
✔️ G-tube and GJ-tube care
✔️ Cough assist therapy

Qualifications

• Active NJ LPN License (Required)

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience (Required)

• Home-care experience preferred

• BLS certification (Required)

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (ITIN not accepted)

• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
