Survey Crew Chief – New Jersey
A well-established civil engineering firm in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead field survey crews and oversee daily surveying activities
- Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction and utility surveys
- Operate total stations, GPS/GNSS and related surveying equipment
- Collect and verify accurate field data
- Work closely with surveyors, engineers and project managers
Requirements:
- 3+ years of field surveying experience
- Previous experience leading a survey crew
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and procedures
- Ability to read plans and perform field calculations
- NJ surveying experience preferred
