Project Coordinator
Our client, a consulting company, is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage various projects from initiation through execution. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, and facilitating team communication to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets. This is a contract position based in Edison, New Jersey, offering a competitive salary.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to streamline project workflows and foster collaboration among team members. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support the successful delivery of projects within the consulting industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and resources
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Assist in the tracking of project milestones and deliverables
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
- Support project managers in planning and executing project tasks
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
