Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client's treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Branchburg we are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our co-occurring adult and adolescent clients. - Schedule : 32 hours/week
- Hourly Rate : $75.00/hour - $84.00/hour
- Provides direct care to clients
- Consults with primary healthcare providers to ensure physical healthcare needs of clients are met
- Coordinates with medical staff of other providers such as state and inpatient facilities.
- Include doing history and physicals, reviewing labs, monitoring blood levels, medication management, preparing discharges (physician orders, scripts).
- Provides support and resources to the clinical staff as needed.
- Coordination with clinical staff and the primary care physician when appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Required: PMHNP or Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in addiction medicine and/or family practice medicine
