Field Services Technician I

As a Field Services Technician I , you’ll provide proactive onsite technical support to one of our dedicated healthcare clients located in Lakewood, New Jersey . You’ll play a key role as DAS Health’s onsite representative, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction in a culturally unique and professional environment. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Deliver onsite technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Communicate regularly with client staff, providing updates and ensuring timely ticket resolution within defined SLAs.
- Manage assigned tickets through completion, escalating to the Field Services Technician II or Team Lead as needed.
- Implement, troubleshoot, and support client technologies, including:
- Client networks (firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
- Windows Server administration
- PC applications and operating systems
- MSP tools and systems (RMM, antivirus, etc.)
- Adhere to DAS Health’s change management and documentation standards, maintaining accurate client records in IT Glue.
- Support client onboardings, installations, and system upgrades.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution as necessary.
- Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotations as required.
- This position is fully onsite in Lakewood, NJ .

- Successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and cultural awareness in this unique and respectful work setting.
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Field Services or IT support position.
- Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Network+.
- Foundational understanding of networking, Windows Server environments, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or WVD.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while representing DAS Health onsite at a client location.
- Professional demeanor, strong client-service focus, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends as needed.
