Soleil Tans is a leader and innovator in the sun spa industry.
Our mission is simple: to ensure that time spent in our spa is the best part of our guests’ day. We do this by delivering exceptional customer service, guiding guests to the right service or membership, and maintaining our spas and equipment in pristine condition.
Position: Part-Time Spa Consultant.
Commitment: 8-12 hours per week (2-3 shifts), with at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
Compensation:
- Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour.
- Guaranteed Raise: $18.00 per hour within one year of completing our training and certification program.
- Bonuses: Earn an additional $1-$4 per hour through our generous product and membership sales bonuses.
- Tips: Spa Consultants receive tips, with an average earning of $100 per month in gratuities.
- Sales Training: Paid training in customer service and sales to help you grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier customer service to all guests.
- Sell memberships, upsell products, and provide expert recommendations on lotions and spa services.
- Keep up-to-date with all services, equipment, and health & safety procedures.
- Assist with accurate data entry and maintain spa cleanliness.
- Support management in training, mentoring, and onboarding new team members.
- Follow equipment cleaning protocols and ensure all areas are well-maintained.
- Uphold the Soleil Tans brand in all interactions with guests and the public.
Requirements:
- Minimum:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (customer service rockstars welcome!)
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Available for at least one weekend shift and 12 hours per week.
- Preferred:
- At least one year of experience in a sales-driven environment.
