Staff Management Group is seeking a Packer for our client in Lyndhurst, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule

• 2nd shift: 12PM - 8PM
• Plus overtime

Pay Rate

• $17 / hour

Job Summary

We’re looking for a dependable Picker/Packer to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and labeling products to support efficient order fulfillment and on-time shipping.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick items from designated locations based on order slips or digital systems
• Pack products securely and efficiently in accordance with packing standards
• Accurately label boxes and containers for shipment and inventory purposes
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure product condition and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing quotas
• Handle packaging materials and tools properly to minimize waste
• Assist with restocking, inventory counting, and product movement as needed
• Report damaged items or order discrepancies to the warehouse lead or supervisor

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work preferred
• Familiarity with handheld scanners, tablets, or pick/pack systems is a plus
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30–50 lbs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
