The Regulatory Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. Working within a medium-sized team and reporting to the Compliance Manager, this specialist is responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, conducting compliance audits, assessing risks, delivering training, and preparing detailed reports. This position offers opportunities for career advancement and involvement in cross-departmental projects, with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance
- Conduct regular compliance audits and identify gaps
- Perform thorough risk assessments related to regulatory obligations
- Deliver training sessions to increase compliance awareness
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management review
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies
