Wine Shop Administrator

: Stew Leonard's, a family-owned and operated fresh food store founded in 1969, has locations in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. Stew's earned its nickname, the “Disneyland of Dairy Stores” because of its country-fair atmosphere, with costumed characters and animated entertainment throughout the store that keep children entertained while parents shop. Wine Shop Administrator Full Time Hourly - $17.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience Position Description: The Office Administrator must be flexible, enthusiastic, have the ability to multi task, and be a great communicator. Must be organized and meet deadlines. Your day-to-day:

• Efficiently uses SMS to enter purchase orders
• Main invoices + warehouse pulls
• Public Warehouse Inventory Maintenance and balancing
• Price adjustments
• Rip Tracking
• End of Month Inventory Report/ Email
• Sale Items/ Flyer
• Helping with Item Maintenance on website
• Rip Check deposit
• Sending up NEW ITEMS
• Keep track of supplies and work with the manager
• other assigned duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative duties including invoicing, correspondence with Distributors accounting departments and ours, pricing, and data entry
• Keep accurate logs and daily invoicing between store and offsite
• Assist with invoicing, RIP logs, and basic accounting tasks
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
• Follow up with accounting departments internal and external to ensure payments
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist the Manager with price adjustments and changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Strong math skills, including comfort with percentages, basic accounting, and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong multitasking and time management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and other office software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
