Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient workflows, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong management skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage all restaurant staff to maintain high performance, morale, and service standards

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, food safety compliance, and quality control

• Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and profit margins, and implement strategies to optimize revenue

• Ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience, addressing customer feedback and resolving issues promptly

• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards

• Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives, menu planning, and promotional events

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or multi-unit leadership, preferably in full-service or upscale casual dining

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and operational procedures

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
