RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Operating Room at the Somerset campus,

Job Overview:

Ensuring the delivery of safe and quality patient care. Perform, adapt and safely demonstrate procedures required by patients according to policies and procedures. Administers medications accurately and safely. Documents according to policies and procedures perform, demonstrate and document technical skills specific to the nursing unit.

Qualifications:

Required:

• ASN or Nursing diploma (must be willing to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire date)
• Minimum of one 1 year OR RN experience or recent graduate of a periop 101 program required
• Ability to scrub and circulate

Preferred:

• BSN
• CNOR

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• AHA BLS and ACLS
• Current New Jersey RN license

Scheduling Requirements:

• Position is for days, per-diem
• 1 Shift call requirement
• Flexible Shifts
