Northside Imports Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto parts sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist customers with inquiries and orders, both in-person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate auto parts.
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in auto parts sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and order processing systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive technology is a plus.
