Entry-Level Pest Control Technician
Resolve Pest Management is a family-owned pest control company serving Ocean and Monmouth Counties, NJ. We're growing our routes and looking for a motivated, reliable person to join our team as an Entry-Level Pest Control Technician. No pest control experience required — we'll train the right person from day one.
This is a hands-on, outdoor field role. You'll work alongside our technicians on residential and commercial service routes, learning pest identification, safe chemical application, and customer communication as you go. The work is physical, independent, and rewarding if you take pride in doing a job right.
For the right candidate who proves themselves, we sponsor NJDEP licensing — which means higher pay and more autonomy on the job. This is a real career path, not a dead-end position.
Responsibilities include assisting on pest control service routes across Ocean and Monmouth Counties, helping inspect properties, applying treatments under supervision, monitoring rodent stations, maintaining digital service records, and representing Resolve professionally with every customer interaction.
What we're looking for: valid NJ driver's license with a clean record, ability to lift 60 lbs, work outdoors, and access crawlspaces and attics. Must be reliable, professional, and comfortable with a smartphone. A background in landscaping, construction, HVAC, or any outdoor trade is a plus but not required.
What you get: $17–$22/hr to start, company vehicle and fuel card, paid training, 401(k), uniforms and PPE provided, and a clear path to Licensed Technician and beyond.
