The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The occupational therapist provides occupational therapy services in accordance with New Jersey Practice act, standards of accreditation of States and regulatory bodies, and the Code of Ethics of the AOTA,

This includes examination, evaluation, and treatment of individuals to restore function and facilitate development of skills essential for adaptive and productive living,

Job Overview:

As directed by the Physical Therapist implements Physical therapy treatment in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Required:

• B.S. Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited OT program required.
• Master's Degree preferred. Verification of certification by the NBCOT required.
• Temporary NJ licensure or current NJ licensure by March 2000 required.
• Successful completion of all Orientation Programs.

Preferred:

• 1-2 years clinical experience preferred.

Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions):

• PerDiem
• Day
• 8:00-5:00

Essential Functions:

• Collaborates scheduling of outpatient and inpatient caseload in conjunction with supervisor.
• Demonstrates compliance with in and out patient billing process.
• Demonstrates the ability to identify what the patient/member educational needs are.
• Directly supervises the clinical work of the technicians and keeps the supervisor and managers informed..
