The M&M'S Business Development Project Manager will design, adapt, and implement the M&M'S business development strategy (remodel, small agile format, new store, and franchise platform). This role will work collaboratively to reinforce the company owned store development strategy alongside the development and continuous improvement of the franchise platform. This project leadership role with engage stakeholders throughout the organization along with regional/local teams whilst managing multiple external specialist vendors.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

• PMP Preferred

• 5-7 years of experience in a retail or related environment leading projects

• High level of pro-activeness and willingness to take responsibility.

• Experience with international/multi-cultural construction projects

• Presentation skills must be advanced. Must have prior project management experience.

• Supported the development of strategy.

• Experience in change management, prosci certified preferred

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Act as a Subject Matter expert for all global property and concept development projects (including remodels, franchise strategy, and new concept format)

• Implements timeline mobilizing cross functional teams to define build, run, sunrise and finalization phases in project.

• Ambassador of the Mars signature PMO processes using the templates, tools and educating cross functional team members and stakeholders.

• Act as a center of excellence for project management within the business development function with One M&M'S Retail.
