Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative at QP Group will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in both English and a second language. The role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also communicate with internal teams to coordinate and streamline customer service processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally in both English and a second language.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and streamline processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and at least one other language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in a multicultural or global company preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using customer service software and tools.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $23 - $25 per hour
