Order Entry Clerk

Our client is seeking an Order Entry Clerk to accurately process customer orders and keep order data clean and current. You'll be the link between customers, sales, and fulfillment, making sure every order is entered correctly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately in the order management system
• Verify order details, pricing, quantities, and shipping information
• Review incoming orders for errors and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales, fulfillment, and customer service teams
• Track order status and update customers on changes or delays
• Maintain accurate records across databases and spreadsheets
• Generate order reports and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Respond to order-related questions promptly and professionally

Requirements

• One or more years of data entry, order processing, or administrative experience
• Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Proficiency with Excel and order management or ERP systems
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
