We are seeking a Shipping Receiving Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment with a diverse team. We have lots of OVERTIME TO OFFER! APPLY NOW!

Job Duties:

• Create Incoming load packets or outbound pick tickets that instruct the dock receivers or the loaders.
• Coordinate with Production on the Estimated Time of Completion of orders so that the shipping department can issue appointments.
• Receive completed receiving or loading documents and check reported quantities and items against the system.
• Create a Bill of Lading for the driver's signature.
• Send completed receiving or shipping reports to customers.
• Customer Service (by phone and email)
• Schedule appointments
• Resolve issues such as duplicate pallet IDs, non-scanning barcodes, and returns.
• Enter Orders
• Upload Manifests
• Maintain working order of systems such as ERP, Dashboard, & appointment systems
• Maintain a database on expected arrival from Customers by Vessel
• Communication on a nightly basis with the team regarding inbounds and outbounds for the next day.

Skills or Experience Required

• Customer service skills required.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Excel and Word,
• Multi-Line Phone
• Proficient in mathematics
• Prior repack clerk experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Coordinate and share information with the Dock team.
• Able to work overtime
• Able to work weekends
• Able to work nights/evenings
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
