MOGO Korean Fusion Tacos /Hannah's- Pier Village is looking for hard-working, passionate and culinary focused individuals to join our store operating team. MOGO Culinary Team Member’s take pride in the fare they serve and understand that the culinary customer experience always takes priority. They work openly with their fellow team members to align with and achieve store operating goals as directed by store management. MOGO team members are the front-line face of the MOGO organization and expected to be an all-around ambassador of the MOGO ethos and adhere to Company policies and procedures. This position reports directly to store management.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare guest orders with pride and in accordance with company quality assurance standards
• Setup/breakdown and maintain clean kitchen stations as required for daily service
• Label and stock all food preparations/ingredients in their designated places
• Replenish supplies and food preparations as required
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Sort and stack clean dishes at their proper storage areas
• Engage with guests to answer questions and/or assure an excellent experience
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Maintain company cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the restaurant
• Create a positive work environment for guests and fellow team members
• Emphasize continual communication and improvement
• Adhere to MOGO Safety and Sanitation Standards
• Other tasks deemed necessary by store management

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working in a high-volume QSR or comparable short-order position recommended but not required.
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Available shifts and compensation: $15.92 - $20/hour inclusive of tip sharing. 30+ hours per week inclusive of day, night, and late-night shifts including weekends and holidays.
