Business Development Manager
A leading provider of comprehensive catering services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality food services and innovative culinary solutions to our clients. [Job Description]
- Market Research and Analysis: Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to develop strategic business plans. Seek for new store development opportunities.
- Opening new stores: Ensure all preparations are completed according to the opening schedule including recruiting staffs and store setup.
- Lead Generation and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, and negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and industry associations.
- Client Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to head quarter in Seoul. [Qualifications]
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the catering or food service industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
