The Role
As a Weekend High Reach Forklift Operator (ESR), you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ products are received, stored, picked, and shipped safely and accurately. RLS provides the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert.

Although these are the estimated range of daily hours for this shift, it is important to note that there is NO DEFINED END TIME for this role. We end the day when the work is completed.
Schedule:
Friday – Sunday
7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
(12-hour shifts)

Core Responsibilities
High Reach Forklift Operators are a key component of the customer experience and are responsible for handling product safely and accurately in accordance with RLS standard operating procedures.

Day-to-Day Duties
• Operate high reach (ESR) forklifts and other powered industrial trucks
• Count freight received and shipped
• Verify counts against drivers’ Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Identify and document count variances and obtain required driver signatures
• Prepare overage, shortage, and damage reports
• Select and stage outbound product for shipment
• Meet performance metrics established by the Warehouse Manager
• Pallet wrapping is a significant part of the role

Must-Have Requirements
• Previous high reach (ESR) forklift experience required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Willingness to work in cold storage conditions
