Temporary Assistant Manager
Taylor Management Company is looking for a Temporary Assistant Manager to provide valuable support in managing our community operations. This role is ideal for individuals seeking temporary employment in property management while gaining hands-on experience in a well-established company. As a Temporary Assistant Manager, you will assist the Property Manager in various tasks to ensure seamless community operations and high resident satisfaction during this transitional period.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operational tasks and management duties.
- Act as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Support the team with administrative duties, including documentation, report preparation, and record maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- A willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed during the temporary period.
