The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Serves as Site Administrator and Leader for Opportunity Project, an adult Brain Injury Clubhouse program. Coordinates the daily activities of Opportunity Project which they manage along with other responsibilities as may be assigned. Responsible for the day-to-day overall operations of Opportunity Project. Oversees Opportunity Project members, flow, budgeting, facilities related issues and customer service inquires. Tasks include oversight and staff development of nonclinical and clinical staff, overseeing schedules, developing Opportunity Project policies, flows and mentor throughput, to maximize clinical care and optimal efficiency and member experience. Ensures an operation which provides a warm and inviting environment to all with an excellent member experience at the site. Fosters an environment in which all staff and families feel engaged, are serviced professionally and assist families, members and staff to assure quality of care and access to services.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree preferred
  • Supervisory leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of clinical settings and operations preferred
  • Minimum of two years working with adults with brain injury preferred
  • Work experience in a clubhouse model preferred
  • Current license in clinical area of PT, OT or ST if applicable

Essential Functions:

  • Ensures the development, implementation, and enforcement of all policies and procedures, including members’ rights.

    • Plans for, and administers, the managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of Opportunity Project

  • • Participates in the quality assurance program for members and staff performance.

  • • Ensures that all personnel are assigned duties based upon their education, training, competencies, and job descriptions.

    • Ensures the provision of staff orientation and staff education.

    • Establishes and maintains liaison relationships and communication with facility staff and services, with support services and community resources, and with members.

    • Interacts and partners with the Opportunity Project Board as the OP leader.

    • Establishes community outreach and partnerships as the face and leader of OP.

    • Coordinates the day-to-day operations of Opportunity Project.

    • Overall management of the flow of members, from intake to check out.

    • Coordinates the daily activates of all non-clinical, therapy and support staff at Opportunity Project.

    • Responsible for the oversight and development of non-clinical and clinical staff.

    • Serves as the go to member experience and customer service lead regarding practice logistics, inbound and outbound communications, complaints, billing and eligibility discrepancies and issues related to physical plant.

    • Creates and maintains budget and supply chain oversight for all of Opportunity Project.

    • Supports hospital leadership in the creation and implementation of key strategies to support Opportunity Project goals.

    • Oversite of proper staffing at Opportunity Project.

    • Ensures staff development and satisfaction and that all staff is fully engaged in the decisions which impact their work.

    • Ensures documentation completeness and timely submission.

    • Develops and monitors all statistics and Opportunity Project performance improvements including but not limited to cancellations, no shows, patient scheduling, productivity and documentation for the purpose of ensuring the efficient operation of the site and alignment with budget expectations. Ex. volumes, expenses, etc.

    • Continually evaluates operational processes to improve services for internal and external customers at Opportunity Project.

    • Supports staff and encourages them to have a sense of ownership of their work processes and provide staff the opportunity to provide feedback regarding Opportunity Project and hospital operation.

    • Motivates staff to improve their performance, continually leading to improved department performance. Maximizes potential of self and subordinates by supporting professional growth and conducting training and orientation sessions.

    • Responsible for the overall operation of Opportunity Project, and for the measurement, assessment and continuous improvement of the Opportunity Project’s performance.

    • Evaluates staff needs, space, equipment and other resources needed to provide Opportunity Project’s services. Develops and administers department budgets according to hospital guidelines for Opportunity Project.

    • Coordinates the development and implementation of policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services to meet customer expectations for the organization.

    • Facilitates the onboarding of all staff.

    • Develops and implements policies, flows and member throughput, to maximize care and optimize member experience.

    • Develops and leads programs and services of Opportunity Project.

    • Oversees all quality, service excellence, member centered priorities, financial objectives and engagement.

    • Works toward and develops plans and executes on ensuring profitability of Opportunity Project.
