Resumen del Puesto:

Buscamos un ensamblador de nivel inicial motivado y detallista para unirse a nuestro equipo de fabricación. Esta posición es ideal para personas que desean comenzar una carrera en la industria manufacturera y están dispuestas a aprender y crecer profesionalmente. El candidato ideal será responsable de ensamblar productos siguiendo instrucciones específicas, mantener la calidad y colaborar con otros miembros del equipo.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Ensamblar componentes y productos de acuerdo con planos, instrucciones o guías de trabajo.
• Inspeccionar piezas y productos para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
• Operar herramientas manuales y eléctricas de forma segura.
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
• Informar cualquier defecto o problema al supervisor.
• Cumplir con las normas de seguridad e higiene industrial.
• Participar en capacitaciones y reuniones de equipo.

Requisitos:

• No se requiere experiencia previa; se proporcionará capacitación.
• Habilidad para seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales.
• Buena coordinación manual y atención al detalle.
• Capacidad para trabajar de pie durante largos períodos y levantar objetos moderadamente pesados.
• Actitud positiva y disposición para aprender.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
