RK Vineland Chevrolet Kia Subaru is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and quality automotive products. We are currently seeking an Automotive Product Specialist to join our team and enhance the customer experience through comprehensive product knowledge and support.

Job Details

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Vineland, NJ (in-person)

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information on vehicle products and features to customers
• Conduct needs analysis in collaboration with customers
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge within the dealership
• Manage and coordinate the test drive process
• Support Sales Advisors during customer consultations
• Serve as the primary contact for customers’ questions about product usage and functions

Work Hours

This is a full-time in-person role. Specific work hours will be communicated upon hiring.

Job Requirements:

Key Qualifications

• Strong interest in automotive technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with individuals and small groups
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
