Order Filler
:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Order Filler to join our team. The Order Filler will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve items from designated storage areas based on picking lists or electronic orders.
- Ensure accurate picking of items, quantities, and specifications according to customer orders.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for safe transportation and delivery.
- Label packages with shipping information, customer details, and other relevant data.
- Utilize scanning devices or order management systems to track and confirm order fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to facilitate efficient operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for order management and inventory tracking.
