What You Will Be Doing

Regional Operations Manager Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• U.S.-based professional with unrestricted work authorization
• Prepared for extensive travel (50-75%) to support our nationwide campus network
• Demonstrated track record of 5+ years in operations, facilities, or project management, specifically in multi-site environments
• Proven expertise in delivering exceptional results within dynamic, fast-paced scenarios
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools and no-code platforms for operational excellence
• Results-driven self-starter with outstanding execution capabilities
• Strategic thinker who anticipates challenges and implements preemptive solutions

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Background in premium service environments (luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or exclusive clubs)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
