Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled PLC Mechanical Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that enhance production efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HMI design and experience with various automation systems, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical and electrical components. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop HMI interfaces for automation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation systems and processes
- Implement control systems and robotics solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Conduct testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure functionality and performance
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on automation systems
- Document project specifications, design changes, and maintenance procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in HMI design and development
- Knowledge of automation systems and control systems
- Familiarity with robotics and electrical engineering concepts
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with SCADA systems
- Understanding of industrial engineering principles and process control
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
